Apex Legends To Launch This Year On Mobile Devices

Ever since the launch of PUBG Mobile, the smartphone gaming movement has taken off. We're seeing mobile e-sports tournaments being held regularly, some with high prize pools as well.

Battle Royale games are all the craze these days and most game developers are introducing their very own battle royale game for the masses to play.

In February, the popular game company EA released its own battle royale game called Apex Legends developed by Respawn Entertainment which has become massively popular. It's currently only available to play on the PC, PS 4 and X-Box One.

However, the company has now stated in their quarterly earnings announcement that they would be bringing over Apex Legends to mobile devices (Android and iOS) later this year.

We are in advanced negotiations to bring Apex Legends to China and to mobile, and we will update you on time frames when those negotiations are concluded.

EA has not revealed any specific dates for the release of the game for mobile devices hence we might just have to wait a few months to know when to expect the game to be launched.

Apex Legends is quite a sophisticated game in terms of playability and has some insane graphics hence I'm excited to see how the game would be tuned to run on mobile devices.

Would you consider playing Apex Legends on mobile?
