The Browser That Pays You To Surf The Web


Most websites these days are filled with intrusive ads that completely ruin the reading experience online.

The easy way to completely block ads is to install an ad blocker; however, using an ad blocker means you'd be blocking all ads on every website which means your favorite website wouldn't make money via ads unless you tweak the ad blocker settings manually.

At times this might get a tad tricky especially if you aren't familiar with how to use an ad blocker. Fortunately, there's a browser app available on the Play Store for Android devices and does have a desktop app as well which blocks ads, helps load websites faster and even rewards you.



The browser I'm talking about here is Brave Browser. It allows you to browse the web faster and securely and is also fairly light on the resources.

Brave Browser is built upon Chromium hence it offers a similar experience to that of Google Chrome.

It blocks ads to offer you an uninterrupted viewing experience; however, you can choose to sign up of for the 'Brave Rewards' option which allows you to fund your favorite content without having to deal with ads or trackers.


The application makes use of Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) which is a cryptocurrency of sorts which is used to fund websites instead of having to view ads.

You would receive free BAT rewards often and then you could use the currency to pick which websites you want to support or simply leave it on auto-contribute to avoid having to do anything manually.

Of course, you wouldn't be able to withdraw the BAT currency to your bank account; however, Brave Browser is an excellent application which aims to solve a major problem and makes surfing the web a lot more enjoyable.



Being a relatively new browser, not many websites have registered for the Brave Rewards program so the BAT currency might be of no use to you if your favorite website isn't registered.

Nonetheless, even without considering the Brave Rewards, this definitely is a worthy replacement to Google Chrome which basically stores and sells most of your information.

Oppo Reno A Launched In Japan for JPY 35,800

Oppo is on a smartphone release streak. The company has been launching new devices just about every second month. Its newest budget smartphone to launch is the Oppo Reno A which was launched today in Japan. The Reno A comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a FullHD+ resolution. Is The Google Pixel 4 Waterproof?

Google unveiled its flagship duo for the year, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL . Both devices were heavily leaked before the launch and there isn't really anything new that surprised us.
