Google Podcasts App Could Receive A Makeover Soon


Google Podcasts is an excellent podcast streaming application and is absolutely free to use. If you've been using the app, then you're in for a treat since the podcast app could be receiving a material theme makeover.

According to 9to5Google, their APK Insight post revealed that the latest Google Podcasts APK file brings several new UI elements which had to be enabled.

Based on their assessment of the APK file, the redesign affects almost all corners of the application including the homescreen and the now playing section.


We expect to see the Google Podcasts app to receive the redesign within the next couple of months. To read more about the changes to the applications, check out the APK Insight post.

The tech giant also refreshed the Google Play Store with an updated material design theme last month.

Oppo Reno A Launched In Japan for JPY 35,800

Oppo is on a smartphone release streak. The company has been launching new devices just about every second month. Its newest budget smartphone to launch is the Oppo Reno A which was launched today in Japan. The Reno A comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a FullHD+ resolution. Powering the device is the tried and tested Snapdragon 710 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage . Google unveiled its flagship duo for the year, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL . Both devices were heavily leaked before the launch and there isn't really anything new that surprised us.
